Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of services from NDVS (“we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website. By purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

NDV Services provides business consulting services and products, which may include but are not limited to strategy consulting and other business related professional services.

All services are provided on a professional advisory basis and do not guarantee specific outcomes or financial results.

2. Online Purchases

By purchasing services online, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment

  • Payment must be made in full before services commence, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

4. Bookings, Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Consulting sessions must be booked in advance.

  • Rescheduling requires at least [24 / 48] hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be forfeited and non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of consulting services and products:

  • No refunds are issued once services have commenced.

  • Refunds for prepaid services not yet rendered are at our discretion.

  • Digital services, documents, or downloadable content are non-refundable once delivered.

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) where applicable.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for consulting services and products.

  • Actively participate and communicate honestly

  • Understand that final decisions and implementation remain your responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from the use of our services

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the services paid for

Consulting services are based on professional experience and information provided by the client.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, documents, and content provided remain the intellectual property of  NDV Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not copy, distribute, or resell any materials without prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties unless:

  • Required by law

  • Necessary to deliver the services

  • With your written consent

10. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

​

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, technical failures, natural disasters, or power outages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
